All bookings with Golf Master (Pty) Ltd must be requested and confirmed in writing. A booking request is not considered confirmed until Golf Master (Pty) Ltd. issues a written confirmation, which will include the details of the tour or holiday package, pricing, and applicable terms and conditions. Clients are responsible for reviewing the confirmation and ensuring that all details are correct. Bookings are only binding once written confirmation has been received from Golf Master (Pty) Ltd.
Golf Master provides travel coordination and booking services. As no physical goods are supplied, delivery is effected electronically. Booking confirmations, itineraries, vouchers, and relevant travel documentation are issued via email once payment requirements have been met and bookings have been confirmed with third-party suppliers. Delivery timeframes may vary depending on destination, availability, and supplier confirmation processes.
Refunds may be available for cancelled bookings, subject to the applicable cancellation terms. Refund eligibility, amounts, and timelines vary depending on destination, group size, and the terms imposed by third-party suppliers. Destination- and package-specific refund and cancellation terms are clearly displayed within each individual tour or holiday offering and form part of the booking agreement. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed in accordance with these terms.
It is the responsibility of the guests/clients to
procure suitable travel and health insurance to protect against force majeure, unforeseen
cancellation, delays, injury, loss or any other prejudice of whatsoever cause.
Neither Golf Master nor third-party suppliers will be held liable for any
loss or damage occasioned by any such force majeure, unforeseen cancellation,
delays, injury, loss or any other prejudice of whatsoever cause suffered by any guest/client. Golf Master reserves the right to amend itineraries where necessary due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to weather conditions, supplier changes, or force majeure events.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of South Africa.
